For more than three decades Stephanie Paulos has worked on a wide variety of real estate transactions, ranging from purchase, sale and mortgaging of one-family homes and small businesses, to acquisition, development and financing of office buildings, shopping centers and apartment complexes.
She has authored condominium offering plans and amendments, navigating all through NYS Attorney General’s office to final acceptance for filing, together with supervising unit sales for numerous Manhattan development properties.
Additionally, Stephanie has represented prominent landlords (SL Green Realty, Boymelgreen Properties, Emmis Communications) and notable commercial tenants (The Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, Wm. J. Clinton Foundation, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Dan River) for lease negotiations.
She loves New York City, and feels that her practice of real estate law is one way that she can take part in changing the face of the city to make it more beautiful.
